The team is made up of Allyson Cotton who has been in real estate sales for 17 years and 39 years in sales, she has a true passion for the industry. She began her career by starting a successful firm that marketed home furniture and decorative accessories. Over the years she has developed her entrepreneurial skills and provides outstanding attention to detail for clients and team. Liz Squillacote has a diverse background who has worked in the commercial construction industry, owned a boutique photography business and has worked in media communications. She has excellent communication skills, a creative flair and a positive supporting attitude. As a member of the A Team, Liz attributes much of her success in real estate to being part of an award winning team made up of likeminded and hardworking individuals. When working with Liz, you not only get her personalized attention and guidance but also the backing of an amazing, top producing team. When Liz is not busy working she enjoys traveling the globe, going to the beach, and being out on the water. She has made her home base on the beautiful Connecticut shoreline where she resides in a home that she designed and custom built with the help of her family and friends. Cory Winkelmann started his career in the construction industry, he’s participated in the development of everything from high-rises to modern homes. During that time he acquired a taste and passion for home renovation, thus planting the seed that would grow into a desire to pursue a career in real estate. His journey so far has instilled in him hard work ethic, attention to detail, grit, and perseverance that has served him well when addressing the needs and wants of all of his clients.
