Born in Oxford, England, Richard Cheetham moved with his family to Montecito in 1991. He attended All Saints by-the-Sea, Crane School and Cate, before studying Chemistry at Boston College.
In 2011, he quickly returned home and began teaching tennis at Knowlwood Tennis Club, where he grew up playing as a child. Over the past seven years, he has coached players of all ages and levels and developed a deep appreciation for the art of communication and the importance of listening. Primarily, Richard has helped others achieve success by keeping them focused on the process in order to ultimately achieve the best results.
During this time, Richard has cultivated strong relationships and developed a robust network with many local families from Montecito, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, Goleta, and beyond.
Passionate, open-minded, and knowledgeable, Richard has enjoyed traveling the world from an early age. He is excited share with you the reasons why Santa Barbara has never been second best, and to partner with clients in order to achieve their aspirations of locating the home of their dreams in this beautiful area.
