After graduation from Stockholm University business school in Sweden, Per worked in several management positions for Ford Motor Company in Europe. After seven years with Ford, Per was offered a partnership in one of Sweden's largest ski resorts. Per was responsible for sales and marketing as well as running a property management company, renting more than 450 condos in the ski resort. Per also became a real estate developer as he has built, operated, purchased and sold more than 100 condominiums and homes within the ski resort. Per is a licensed REALTOR® in Sweden and in Florida.
Per and Helena moved to Sarasota with their three children in 2001. They are actively involved in the community through FC Sarasota soccer, Venice Youth Boating Association Sailing and Sarasota Sailing Squadron. They are very experienced sailors and boaters and Per is one of the elite Master Laser racing sailors in the nation.
Per and Helena focus on the areas of Sarasota downtown, southern Sarasota, Osprey, Nokomis and on waterfront properties along the coast from Englewood to Bradenton.
