Petrina Unger came on board with Kurfiss Sotheby’s International in October 2020, this following 5 successful years as the highest earning sales agent at a small boutique real estate office specializing in horse farms and estate properties. Petrina’s business has been built upon positive referrals from her clients and her contacts in the horse world. Prior to obtaining her residential real estate license, Petrina spent over 15 years managing commercial office space which she still owns and manages today. Petrina has had great success with flipping residential homes as well as a large commercial building. Petrina’s expertise in the construction business comes from many years of being surrounded by the construction business and remembers as a small child going to job sites with her father. Years later, her father put her to business as a general contractor for small commercial buildings. Today, Petrina can offer her clients a long list of qualified contractors who can help with repairs. Also, Petrina works very closely with an interior designer who will stage the homes she lists. All of these alliances help Petrina present a uniform package to listing your home for the highest price with the best results. Clients will tell you she is hard working, always available and highly ethical. On a more personal note, Petrina started her business career working on Wall Street. Her earliest memories are going to the construction sites with her father or going to rescue stray cats and dogs or whatever with her mother. Indeed, the two constants in Trina’s life have been real estate and animal welfare. In 2013, Petrina founded a low-cost spa neuter clinic – No Nonsense Neutering- that continues to benefit thousands of low-income families yearly in northeastern Pennsylvania. Petrina lives in Pipersville, Bucks County, with her dashing husband, many horses, barn cats and rescue dogs.
