There, I learned from the best in hospitality, where the art of making someone feel valued was the ultimate skill. That same approach shapes my real estate practice today. For me, real estate isn’t about four walls and a roof—it’s about finding the place where life happens. Whether it’s a kitchen with room to bake pies, a pub down the street, or the perfect amount of space to keep the in-laws just far enough away, my goal is to anticipate what my clients need before they even know it. I was fortunate to be mentored by women with over 30 years of experience in real estate, who taught me the importance of listening. Not just hearing, but truly understanding what clients want and need. Listening has helped me find the best properties, navigate tough negotiations, and create lifelong connections. My clients often feel like they’re just having a conversation, but I’m always taking mental notes to turn their dreams into reality. Honesty is my superpower—or, as my clients like to say, I’m a "negative Nancy" in the best way. I don’t sugarcoat risks or gloss over concerns. Real estate is one of the biggest investments you’ll make, and I believe it’s my job to lay everything out clearly so you’re never caught off guard. If we tackle challenges upfront, we can turn them into wins. Relationships are the heart of everything I do. Whether it’s collaborating with colleagues to get an offer accepted or being the first person my clients call to share exciting news, those connections are priceless. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me hiking Colorado trails, doing yoga, or scouting out the next great restaurant. I’m a proud mom to two amazing kids—one tearing it up on the lacrosse field and the other living for live music at every concert they can find. But the moments I treasure most are the quiet ones when we’re just together, sharing laughs, stories, and the simple joy of each other’s company. While I’ll happily cater your dinner party, don’t ask me to cook—it’s out of respect for the true chefs who trained me. However, I can mix a cocktail so good you’ll forget that embarrassing thing you did in ninth grade. Loyal, a little sarcastic, and always in your corner—I’m here to help you find more than a house.
