Valerie has been a resident of Rosedale for twenty years and Chaplin Estates for another twenty-five. Her past business experience includes; haute couture owner/designer/retailer of Toot’s boutique and the celebrated, Cibo Ristorante both located in Rosedale with a roster of famous clientele and the cognoscenti.

As a result of running these successful enterprises, she honed her savvy negotiation skills with a keen knowledge of real estate and municipal laws and regulations. She grew up with an architect brother and together they shared hours and hours of their deep love for design and architecture. With her background in fashion design, it was inevitable that these paths cultivated a love for home design. She excelled in renovating and contracting several homes of her own.

This passion led her into the Real Estate and Mortgage businesses, which she still practices today. As a renowned publicist, Valerie has the skills to promote and bring exposure to all of her clients’ properties.

As a world-traveler and former resident of Italy, Valerie has developed a high level of cultural understanding with a keen interest in fashion, architecture, fine dining, art and music.
