However, at the pinnacle of his financial career, Henry decided to pivot and pursue his true passion for culinary arts. Enrolling at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in Soho, he graduated in 2004, and after an extensive internship at the renowned Momofuku Ssam, he ascended to the role of Garde Manger.
In 2008, Henry seamlessly transitioned his background in sales to a new realm, taking on the role of onsite Sales Associate for the Hudson Club at Port Imperial—a condominium conversion project within the emerging Port Imperial Master Planned Community on the Gold Coast of NJ. Swiftly rising to the position of Sales Director, he became the go-to industry expert for the Port Imperial community. His success continued as he sold out the Hudson Club in 2012, marking a pivotal moment in his career that led to his entry into traditional real estate sales.
From 2014 to 2017, Henry, along with his partner, spearheaded the operations for Douglas Elliman in New Jersey, emerging as one of the top-performing teams within the organization.
In 2017, Henry's expertise caught the attention of K. Hovnanian Homes, a national developer, where he assumed the role of Sales Manager and earned a coveted spot in the Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP). Post-graduation, he took on the responsibilities of a Community Manager, overseeing the construction and sales of two communities - Nine on the Hudson in Port Imperial and Four Ponds at Lincroft.
The year 2020 brought unprecedented challenges with the global pandemic, prompting a significant round of layoffs and corporate restructuring at K. Hovnanian's Northeast Division. Undeterred, Henry returned to his roots in real estate sales and management, recognizing it as his core competency. Currently, he serves as the Branch Manager of the Edgewater location for Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty and Vice President of Prominent Properties Commercial, eager to leverage his extensive knowledge and expertise to contribute to the growth of this esteemed brand.
