My approach is to go beyond sales tactics and become your advisor. I am uniquely qualified to bring added value to the deal based on my professional background.

Prior to obtaining my broker’s license in 2011, I had a successful career in the world of tax and accounting after becoming a CPA. These skills become helpful in walking clients through the financial impacts of their transaction.

Additionally, after receiving my J.D. from the USC Law Center, I became a member of the California State Bar Association. These skills enable me to explain the responsibilities and obligations connected to real estate transactions and answer many client questions in this regard.

I am very well networked with some of the best agents in the South Bay beach cities and surrounding areas. This helps me find the right properties for my buyers and target the right agents for my seller’s properties. At the beginning of my real estate career, I joined a top producing team where I honed my skills in a high volume environment. I left that team to start a new team with my husband, Trevor, so that we could bring a higher level of service to each client. I strive to make this real estate process as user-friendly as possible in order to make this experience better for our clients.
