Amy joins our team at Sotheby's International Realty Canada with an intriguing background in the medical community. She has been a practicing dental surgeon for over 30 years. In that time she assisted other health care professionals organize their professional careers by aiding their search for the perfect practice location whether it be a purchase of office real estate or lease negotiations. She has also assisted in practice appraisal and sales. Amy's attention to detail and expertise has guided her colleagues to “set-up” in the right location as well as educate them on the positives of owning your own practice and office space as opposed to renting. Taking the advice of her colleagues, Amy completed her real estate licence in order to better serve them. For the past 16 years she has helped her clients in all aspects of real estate (professional, personal as well as recreational/vacation homes). Amy also enjoys working with professional clients from abroad who are wishing to relocate to Ontario. She understands the value of time and thoroughly researches her clients needs to maximize efficiency. With Sotheby's International Realty exposure, Amy can assist her clients in national as well as international moves. Amy is a people person. Having spent years alleviating fears, she knows how to speak to clients both buyers and sellers in order to achieve a successful outcome for both parties.
