Mary Ann Hartmann lives in Lakewood Ranch and has been a real estate professional for over 25 years, specializing in the luxury home market. Her selling and marketing expertise is enhanced by her extensive knowledge of new home construction, acquired while working for a community developer and smoothly guiding buyers through the entire building process from lot selection to final walk-through. It is from this experience that Mary Ann developed lasting customer relationships that resulted in long-term repeat business.
Currently specializing in resale homes and relocation, she has worked with a local national company in assisting new employees relocating to Florida to find their perfect home. Her sales experience extends from gated private communities with both golf and waterfront properties to top-rated residential neighborhoods. She's also assisted first-time homeowners and experienced buyers interested in purchasing a second home, and customers considering selling a home and upgrading to another.
Born in the Chicago area, Mary Ann earned her bachelor's degree in art and interior design at Ball State University in Indiana. Prior to relocating to Orlando with her husband and three school-age daughters, Mary Ann spent many hours in Chicago's Merchandise Mart searching for the perfect fabric or piece of furniture to complete residential interiors for her design clients. Drafting and space planning were among her favorite work projects. This past experience has helped Mary Ann bring expertise to assisting her customers, whether they are buying or selling, to realize the full potential of their homes.
Mary Ann's mission is to make the purchase or sale of a home a satisfying, easy and stress-free process by anticipating and addressing the concerns and needs of her customers.
