Char Riley’s passion for real estate began while studying design in school and traveling through Europe. Her travels began at a young age when she would visit her father’s family in England every summer. Her love and curiosity for different countries and cultures stems from being raised half British and half Persian. Her parents, both respected brokers, have been her biggest influences. They gave Char her first taste of the business and impressed upon her the importance of hard work.
Equipped with a sharp eye for design and more than 12 years of experience in real estate, Char brings a unique and sophisticated perspective and business sense to the industry. Drawing from her years of experience as a real estate investment entrepreneur, Char and her partners purchased and renovated over 120 homes. Her exceptional affection for original architecture and keen ability to recognize hidden jewels were significant influences. This, along with an intimate understanding of the design and construction process, and her access to trusted vendors and contractors, makes her a valued advisor to her clients.
Known as the go-to for creating curated and exceptional experiences, Char brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and selling process. As a Los Angeles area native, having lived everywhere from Pasadena, the Valley, Brentwood, Malibu, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood where she currently resides, she has extensive and intimate knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across Southern California. During her off time, Char loves spending time with her husband, Bryan and her teddy bear-like Pomeranian dog, Sneakers. She also loves to cook different recipes especially those given to her by her Persian Grandma. True to her culture, she loves making dinner a social experience where she invites her twin sister, friends, and neighbors over.
