Robin Conner serves as Regional Executive Vice President and Co-President of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, where she leads the company alongside her leadership partner, Paul Kilian. Together, they oversee a $2.5 billion brokerage made up of six offices and nearly 400 agents, assistants, and staff. With close to 3,000 clients represented each year, Robin is deeply engaged in the day-to-day operations of the business — from leading the sales team and refining internal systems, to advancing marketing strategy and mentoring agents through market shifts and growth. Robin’s leadership is rooted in lifelong agent development and a culture of professionalism. Under her direction, MTSIR has invested heavily in training, technology, and operational efficiency to support agents at every stage of their career. Her focus is always on building strong systems, strong relationships, and a sustainable business that delivers for both clients and colleagues. She began her leadership journey in 2015 as Senior Vice President, a role she held for six years before being named President in 2021. Her ability to lead with both heart and strategy led to her promotion to Regional Executive Vice President in 2024. She also supports executive leadership efforts in Santa Fe, New Mexico, helping to align company-owned markets under the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Before stepping into leadership, Robin built a successful sales career starting in 2004, quickly becoming a consistent multi-million-dollar producer, one of the company’s top 10 agents, and a member of the Circle of Excellence and Hall of Fame. She is a graduate of Realogy’s elite executive leadership program, Ascend, and holds designations including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Robin’s background also includes a successful career as a natural gas trader prior to real estate. She studied civil engineering and earned a degree in business management from Texas Tech University, giving her a powerful blend of analytical skill and people-first leadership. Robin and her husband, Ben, live in Memorial, just a mile from her childhood home. Their children attend the same neighborhood schools she once did, and she remains deeply active in her church, community, and family life. She served as Board President of Women for Orphans Worldwide (WOW) for several years, where she led the organization’s fundraising, outreach, and mission support efforts. She now serves as an Ambassador for WOW, continuing to advocate for vulnerable and orphaned children in Guatemala. She was also honored with the Ladies of Memorial Community Icon Award by Swoon Memorial. Her favorite way to unwind is spending time with loved ones at the family’s home in Round Top, cheering on the Houston Astros, or simply being where the laughter is.
