Prior to becoming president in 2021, Robin served as senior vice president for six years directly responsible for leading the sales team as well as marketing and branding for the company.

Further, Robin is a graduate of Realogy's elite executive leadership training program, Ascend. Before real estate, Robin enjoyed tremendous success as a natural gas trader. Armed with studies in civil engineering and a degree in business management from Texas Tech University built the foundation to achieve the success she has experienced.
Robin and her husband, Ben, reside in Memorial just one mile from her childhood home. Her children attend the same area schools she attended. She is active in her community, her children's schools and her church. Robin is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University and is an avid fan of the Houston Astros. She is also the board president of Women for Orphans Worldwide (WOW) which serves several ministries for the vulnerable and orphaned children in Guatemala and is a recipient of the Ladies of Memorial Community Icon Award by Swoon Memorial. Her favorite pastime is spending time with family and friends at their family home in Round Top.
