Younes Al Arab is an Associate Director at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty. He has been working in the Dubai real estate industry for more than 17 years. Younes started as a Real Estate broker with Milford Real Estate in 2004 covering Arabian Ranches, Victory Heights, downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, and Emirates Livings such as the meadows, Hattan, and the Lakes, and quickly worked his way up to sales manager. In 2009, he moved to Ocean View Real Estate as a sales director. He became more connected to High net-worth individuals across the GCC, Europe and Asia and so was able to build his real estate experience and client portfolio as well as consistently achieving the top sales figures.
Younes was in charge of the company’s large number of private investors and syndicates, property management, buying, selling and investing on behalf of his clients.
During the last five years, combining all his real estate expertise and his ability to fluently converse both in English and Arabic and understand both clients needs and aspirations, Younes has managed to carve a successful business in a niche market in London’s Residential and commercial property market. While in Dubai he specialises in selling luxury villas, apartments, penthouses, hotels and residential buildings in and across highly sought after neighbourhoods and locations. As well as plots on Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai & Business Bay.
