Hi, I'm Ryan. I grew up in Alpharetta and have lived in Intown Atlanta for nearly two decades. I started my career in art and music, which allowed me to explore and participate in culture throughout the country. Even then, I was fascinated by homes, architecture and how our built world influences everything and everyone around it. Add my fun-loving personality, and real estate was an obvious choice. I love working with my clients as home buyers and sellers with any style or price point. It's a fresh start, and we all love that. I work mostly Intown, but I have also worked as far north as Roswell, Alpharetta, Cumming and Woodstock, where I grew up and still have deep roots. I reside in Morningside with my fiancé, Cortny, and our sweet lab, Rosie. One of my favorite hobbies is exploring the city by bike. You can learn so much by taking the smaller streets and climbing that next hill. I also love outdoor sports, a concert with friends and a good meal. My family is very active in the restaurant business in Atlanta. One of my sisters runs The Union Restaurant in Milton, my grandma runs Vinny's in Alpharetta and my uncle runs half the restaurants in town. What to Expect From Me: My clients will tell you that I care deeply. I am not just trying to sell them a house and move on - I am there to make sure it's the right home that they will love for years to come. I work to help each client feel like they are my only client, and we usually become great friends. If you are BUYING, I can utilize my huge network of colleagues and insider neighborhood knowledge to find homes that haven't come to market yet. I will oversee your search daily so that we see the best houses first and guide you through our difficult market to make winning offers when other buyers are competing.
