In 2022 she formed a new team: Manley, York & Associates, to provide the best service possible to every client they work with, whether a first time home buyer, a well seasoned seller, or an owner of a multi-million-dollar luxury investment or a one-bedroom condo.
Rachel's connection to the Sunshine Coast runs deep. From family in the 1970's to becoming a full-time local for over 15 years, she is intimately familiar with the amazing lifestyle and benefits of living in the incredible natural surroundings of the Sunshine Coast. As an active member of the Coast community, she loves to volunteer in local events whenever she can. You will find her performing with Suncoast Phoenix Choir and is Chairman of the Board. She enjoys singing karaoke, scuba diving, travelling, a fine glass of wine, spending time with her family and her unique Chinese Crested dogs.
She looks forward taking her clients from the life they live to the life they dream about on the Sunshine Coast.
