Representing both current and future North Texas home owners, Shaun is committed to providing clients with the guidance and information needed to navigate the real estate market in Dallas. He was raised in Lake Highlands and educated at Southern Methodist University. That background gives him an understanding of the unique experiences offered in the surrounding neighborhoods. Working for years in high end retail operations, management, customer service, and sales aided Shaun in obtaining the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification from the National Association of Realtors. This education enhances his skills in pricing properties, creating comparative market analyses, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. He is determined to understand the needs of each client and make the entire process feel comfortable. When Shaun is not selling real estate, he is looking for his golf ball in the rough, trying to out-smart a trout in a Colorado stream, and spending time with his family.
