Phil was born and bred in Hawke’s Bay, before heading to the city and overseas to develop his career in marketing and media sales. Phil returned to the region several years ago and made his mark in the media industry, curating an extensive skillset and a well-respected reputation, culminating in his role as General Manager of MediaWorks.
Always having a natural affinity for property, working in real estate is a logical progression for Phil. He has owned a range of properties in several regions in New Zealand and overseas, has managed multiple rental properties and project managed renovations, subdivisions, and commissioned new builds. Phil’s attention to detail during the sale and purchase process, his persistence to find the right buyer and his lateral thinking sees him go the extra mile for his clients, plus his large network of trusted contacts means he has the ability to quickly connect his clients with the right buyer. When you meet Phil, you will quickly realise he is an enthusiastic, empathetic individual who loves working with people and enjoys a laugh!
On a personal note, living in a family of four with two teenage boys keeps him on his toes. Phil enjoys spending time developing his family’s lifestyle block and catching up with friends. Having previously coordinated the Reignier School Gala in support of his children’s school, Phil currently enjoys supporting the Hawke’s Bay Mountain Bike Club, Taradale Club and Napier Golf Club. You will also find Phil walking, golfing, fishing (and weed whacking).
