After graduating from John Carroll University, Joanne was introduced to the world of real estate while working at a title company and in an architect’s office. She started buying investment properties and soon discovered this was not just an interest - but a passion, and obtained her real estate license. Her attention to detail and an unprecedented commitment to customer service quickly resulted in numerous sales awards, industry accolades and enabled her to manage real estate offices in Chagrin Falls and Shaker Heights - covering some of the most desirable markets in Northeast Ohio.
Through the years, Joanne has established a reputation of going above and beyond for her clients - building relationships based on mutual respect and understanding, a conscientious work ethic that permeates every aspect of a transaction and strong negotiation skills that always put her clients first.
A strong supporter within her industry and community, she has volunteered by serving at the local, state and national levels in various positions on numerous committees. Some notable achievements are 2013 President of the Cleveland Area Board of REALTORS®, the 2020 Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Research Committee and a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Ohio REALTORS ® Board of Directors. Additionally, she continues to be a part of the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce; having served as their president for three terms and currently serves as an advisor to the Executive Committee as well as gives of her time to the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival and The Chagrin Little Theatre serving as Board Member to each organization.
