At just 19 years old, Seth Williams decided to pursue his passion by enrolling in night classes to study real estate while simultaneously earning a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in business administration from the University of Tennessee. He began his career as a runner and assistant for the No. 1 team in Sotheby's International Realty® 's Downtown Washington, D.C. office, where he worked his way up to contracts and marketing and ultimately became the team's Chief Operating Officer. He later moved to Atlanta to work as the Director of Operations for the No. 1 Agent in the State of Georgia. In the 12 years since he began his real estate journey, Seth has honed an impressively thorough and varied skill set across five markets: Tennessee, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and Georgia. From extensive knowledge of contracts and strategic negotiation skills to top-notch marketing expertise and creative tactics, working with Seth is uniquely beneficial regardless of neighborhood or price point.
