I come from a family of Oregon Realtors. Some in Bend and some in the Portland Metro area... Of course, having Realtors for parents I swore I would never BE one and look where I am now. I love my job. ? Whether it's an investment property, your dream house or a vacation home, I will make buying or selling your home as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I’ll ?walk you through all of the steps, smooth the bumps, and make your real estate transaction painless and profitable. I hope to be as one of my friend/clients refers to me "your Realtor for Life". I have worked in real estate and the construction industry since 1987. As ?a member of the local, state and National Association of Realtors and ?hold both Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. I've been a Principal Broker all but two years of my 20 licensed years in Oregon and am now working on doing the same thing with my brand new Washington Real Estate License so I can open doors for friends in Vancouver. ? Aside from my life in real estate I enjoy time with my two amazing grandchildren and ?three successful adult children. Like so many native Oregonians I love to hike, fish, drive in the mountains, visit the beach and putter around in my own garden. I love food and wine, the smell of old hardcover books, 70's music and funky coffee shops as well as discovering interesting homes both rural and in the city. The past 23 years I've worked full time in the Portland area Real Estate and Oregon Wine Country markets. Our 2020 lifestyle changes and the "new normal" find me moving back to Bend, where I grew up, still have a big active family and deep roots.
