Chris J. Meza is proud to team with Sotheby's International Realty – it is an exciting move to add “sales associate” to his toolbox. Chris participated in the most recent sale of the Sutter Health Library and has been actively investing in Bay Area properties. Since moving to San Francisco in 2011, Chris has enjoyed a career in real estate as an investor/principal and continues to procure real estate investments for clients.
Chris currently serves on the board of the Saint Francis Foundation. He was featured in the February 2018 issue of the Nob Hill Gazette as a “Mover & Shaker.”
A native of Colorado, Chris founded B.L.U.E., LLC (Builders of Legendary Urban Environments,) a real estate investment and income property development firm focusing on the acquisition of single and multi-family, commercial, and vacation rental properties in Denver, Ft. Collins, and Aspen. From 1999-2011 Chris was vice president and co-founder of Meza Construction Co., specializing in heavy highway and light rail expansion projects for the state of CO, the city of Denver, and federal agencies including maintenance contracts at Denver International Airport.
His past appointments include the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission as appointed by the Honorable Mayor John Hickenlooper, and he has served on the boards of the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Wells Fargo Community Advisory Board, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Denver.
