After spending most of his career in the Hospitality Industry via hotel and restaurant management, Zach Lloyd discovered his ideal career in Real Estate. Finding work as a Realtor has become his perfect balance of focused effort and positive reward through client satisfaction. There is rarely a day that you will not find him both at the office and enjoying the beauty of Colorado’s great outdoors with his trusty German Shepherds, Grizz & Axl!


Originally from the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Southern Maryland, Zach Lloyd has been a resident of Colorado since 1992. Upon completing his B.A. in Psychology at The Catholic University of America, he got his first taste of the Rocky Mountains during a cross country road trip from Washington, D.C. to Seattle during the Summer of ’91. He genuinely enjoyed the beauty of the Pacific Northwest but, after deciding it was a little too soggy, moved to Vail, CO. Hard to beat a day in those legendary Back Bowls; but after 20 years in Vail, he later found Winter Park via Grand Lake.


With an appreciation for small town charm, Zach has now been a resident of Grand County for 10 years now. After finding a home in Winter Park and in Real Estate, he’s experiencing the most rewarding career path yet and surely one he will never leave. In addition to the new challenges that the work day may bring, he has some tough choices to make during his time off as well; hike, bike or golf during the warmer months; snowboard or snowshoe once the ground goes from green to white?
