Sarah’s proven sales record has earned not only her client’s loyalty, but a number of professional distinctions including Top 10% of the MLS from 2017-2019. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Sarah moved to Aspen in 2005 and became a Realtor in 2007. She came here with a passion for the outdoor lifestyle, but there are a few things she didn’t leave behind: her strongly instilled work ethic, welcoming nature, and professional tenacity.
Sarah believes a property in the Roaring Fork Valley is not just an investment, but a lifestyle choice made when a person connects with our community. Her knowledge of the inventory and tireless approach allow her to not only identify the perfect property for her buyers, but to make the valley feel like home. She is a skilled negotiator whose knowledge and expertise allow her to expertly navigate all aspects of often complicated transactions and bring them to a successful close.
Her fluency in local real estate sectors paired with targeted marketing efforts has resulted in her consistently selling her listings well below the average days on the market and above 93% of the listing price.
Sarah lives in Snowmass Village with her husband Will, daughter Ellis, and her dog Truman. Believing that each of us has a part in shaping the community we live in, Sarah served as President of the Board at the Little Red School House, Board Member of Meadow Ranch and has volunteered for Roaring Fork Hospice and the Aspen Homeless Shelter. Additionally, she supports the ETHS Foundation, UW Alumni Association and Little Red School House.
Will Burggraf is from Croton-on-Hudson in Westchester, New York. He received his degree in economics from Hobart College and embarked on a career as a private wealth manager for Morgan Stanley in Boston. Following the tech-industry burst and 9/11, he transitioned his financial market knowledge to Aspen real estate, serving as a broker associate and luxury rental director since 2004.
Will has been the top producing broker within the Durant Office for the last six out of seven years (2010 – 2017). He has built a sales team for luxury vacation rentals from the ground up, and he has embarked on several real estate development projects for his own personal portfolio growth. His financial background and ability to spot real estate investment opportunities in Aspen has turned his rolodex of friends, clients, and Aspen visitors into buyers and sellers.
Will currently resides in Snowmass with his wife Sarah and daughter Ellis. He loves the area’s outdoor offerings, from mountain hiking and kayaking in the summer to skiing in the winter. Also recognized as one of our luxury rental specialists.
