Having resided in the Lake Norman area for more than nine years, Lisa Martel loves calling Charlotte home, and would not want to live anywhere else! Passionate about real estate, she utilizes her background in marketing and management as a broker with the Lake Norman office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Lisa's top priority to her clients is to provide exceptional and professional service while making the selling or buying process go as smoothly as possible.
A graduate of Columbia College in Missouri, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing and management, and has over 15 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and promotions. During her successful real estate career with Sotheby's International Realty® (first in St. Louis and now in Lake Norman), Lisa has received the President's Award for sales and the Rookie of the Year Award for the highest volume in sales. Her focus is on luxury real estate, but Lisa assists clients at all price points.
When she's not working with clients, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim, four children, and three grandchildren. She also enjoys socializing with friends at the Peninsula Yacht Club, biking, hiking, boating, volunteering, and wine tasting.
