Beatriz Calderón, was born and raised in Mexico City, where her mother owned a real estate brokerage. Since Beatriz was a child, she helped at her mom´s office at anything that was needed like handling brochures to possible buyers and offering water to clients, hanging signs, answering phone calls, etc... Later on, she was given the administration of the office. Beatriz helped clients with the closings and getting bank loans. She wanted an opportunity in sales, so during the week she was doing the administration and Saturdays and Sundays she ventured into sales. After the Mexican Peso Crises that happened in December 1994, the Mexican economy experienced a severe recession so Beatriz and her family moved to Cabo San Lucas where the economy was booming. Beatriz was offered a real estate job as an assistant at one of the most luxurious developments in Los Cabos, where she learned how to sell real estate to foreign investors and later on she became a broker's assistant and eventually became an agent. A few years later, she was offered a job at the most acclaimed and exclusive resort in Mexico, Las Ventanas al Paraíso, a Rosewood Resort, where she was top producing agent representing sellers and buyers alike. She eventually branched off on her own before joining Sotheby´s, where she found innovative tools and global exposure. She is passionate about what she does for a living and specializes in luxury properties serving areas from Cabo San Lucas to San José del Cabo. She loves to make her clients happy, understands their needs and remains committed to them with crystal-clear communications and rigorous follow-up. Beatriz is patient, reliable, accessible and kind. This high level of service continues to result in an ongoing stream of repeat and referral business. Her clients can expect a full-service experience, professionalism, honesty and integrity. Beatriz is fluent in English and Spanish and is also a Certified Negotiation Expert. She is married to a real estate attorney; they have three children, on their teens. Beatriz is very fond of the outdoors, especially watersports like kayaking, stand up paddling, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Beatriz enjoys good food and travelling internationally.
