At an early age, Joseph Baglio realized that real estate was in his blood. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he has always had a passion for New York Real Estate. In the late 1990s, Joseph started in the industry as an intern for a commercial mortgage lender. After earning his degree in Business Management & Finance from Brooklyn College, he continued working as a commercial loan underwriter.
In his early twenties, Joseph entered into his first development venture by acquiring land in Queens, NY, where he built several multi-family homes. Over the years, he has been responsible for the development of several projects throughout the city, ranging from townhomes to mid-rise buildings.
Joseph was always drawn to brokerage and obtained his real estate license in 2002. He then joined one of Brooklyn's premier and most established real estate firms: Madison Estates. In 2007, he became a partner and could not be happier with the path that he chose and continues to travel on.
Joseph is currently affiliated with REBNY, Brooklyn New York Multiple Listing Service, and National Association of Realtors E-Pros. To this day, he stays active in this industry and strives to beat expectations.
