A proud Sacramento/Carmichael resident for 30 years. I have built my life in this wonderful city and formed numerous business relationships and great friendships. There have been many experiences and unforgettable memories along the way culminating in a deep understanding of the Sacramento area. My lovely wife and I raised two beautiful kids in this great city which has served them well. From attending local pre-schools to graduating from Sacramento State University and becoming productive members of the community. I have a bachelor's degree in Radio-Electronic Engineering. Although I have a background in engineering, human interaction and the desire to help people led me to a different career path. I became a business owner for over 20 years, developing lifelong friendships with my customers for which I am very grateful. This same desire for human interaction led me to real estate since I have always had a passion for it and am thrilled to be living my dream. In addition to English, I speak fluent Armenian, Russian and Ukrainian. I love sports such as soccer, basketball, and racquetball. I am a big dog lover and always support getting animals from the shelters. I have also played music (drums) for many years.
