Richard is a Baton Rouge native and LSU graduate who has called Houston home since 2010. After a successful career in property management with a local Houston developer for over 10+ years, he fulfilled a life-long desire in 2019 to become a real estate agent and has never looked back.
Originally joining New York-based Douglas Elliman in the summer of 2019 and pre-selling The Hawthorne high rise at the corner of San Felipe and Chimney Rock for renowned Pelican Builders, he pivoted to traditional resale at the end of 2020, partnering with the local powerhouse brokerage Martha Turner Sotheby’s. No name in real estate carries more brand recognition than Sotheby’s.
