Peter Webb is thrilled to have returned to his hometown of Richmond. After starting his real estate career in Williamsburg and spending several years there, the unique properties and rich history of Richmond have lured him home. He is especially excited to be able to work in The Steele Group Sotheby's International Realty's Patterson Avenue office and with his school friends Bo and Taylor Steele. With unparalleled marketing exposure, a global network, and an additional office located back in Williamsburg, this move was a natural choice. Peter is eager to be in the heart of it all and ready to help his clients throughout Central Virginia. His early years spent as a chef in the Northwest and Northeast set him up for success in his real estate career. Variety is the spice of life, and Peter has enjoyed working with and meeting people from all backgrounds. His rich experiences in the service industry taught him to listen closely to clients' needs, be prepared for the unexpected, pay close attention to detail, and anticipate the needs of his clients. Peter thrives under pressure and has strong negotiating skills that benefit his clients on either side of a transaction. When he isn't working, Peter enjoys escaping to the calm and relaxation of working in the yard. He is always striving for that backhand down the line that keeps him coming back to the tennis court. He loves exploring the vibrant and evolving Richmond restaurant scene and, most importantly, the music scene—often both on the same night!
