She relocated from the Hilton Head Island, South Carolina real estate market to Punta Gorda Isles four years ago and began expanding her career in Punta Gorda, Florida with a luxury real estate firm. Sea Island Broker Council has named Diana as a multimillion-dollar producer award winner for many years. She holds a broker's license in South Carolina and Colorado and a sales associate license in Florida.
Diana is a specialist in luxury waterfront homes, world-class golf communities, resort living and second home investments. She brings the most current information and technology in negotiating to the purchase of a luxury property or creating an innovative marketing plan that works for the sale of a listing. Diana started her career with ITT Development Corp and progressed to managing commercial investment portfolios with shopping centers and high-rise office buildings throughout the United States. She has been educated in Architecture and Design and uses that knowledge in staging properties for sale, space planning or bringing new cosmetic life to residential or commercial properties. Diana owned an accessory design storefront on Hilton Head Island.
Diana has three daughters: Laura, a broker's associate in Beaufort, South Carolina, living on Cat Island with her husband Joe in the sod farm business and two children, Shelby and Joey. Paula, a real estate attorney with her own firm in the Hilton Head area. Janna, a CPA managing an office in Hilton Head from Columbus, Ohio. She lives with her husband Joe with NetJets and their two children, Nathan and Emma.
