Raunika Oberoi has been in the luxury real estate business for more than 10 years, working with both end users and investors. Her expertise lies in luxury high-end mansions and penthouses, with a focus in Emirates Hills, which is also known as the Beverly Hills of Dubai. Raunika prides herself on her listening skills and ability to make the buying and selling process a pleasure for all her clients.
Prior to joining Sotheby's, Raunika owned her own Dubai-based real estate agency, which specialised in residential and commercial property. This led Raunika to gain a decade of experience working with large entities for the acquisition of plots, as well as buildings for commercial use. Trained in interior design, Raunika has experience in designing commercial spaces, which has informed her detail- and client-oriented manner and understanding of luxury.
Raunika is an Australian with Indian heritage and speaks multiple Indian languages, including Hindi and Punjabi, which gives her access to some of the most successful Indians from around the world. She also loves to travel, which has built her confidence in working with clients of all nationalities, and flying small planes having attained a pilot's license.
