Raised in Studio City, Art has an intimate knowledge of real estate in the San Fernando Valley and the Westside of Los Angeles.
He specializes in representing estate properties within these areas. After receiving his California Real Estate License, Art began working for his father - a prominent builder in the San Fernando Valley and the Westside. As a result, Art has had his hands in the construction business for most of his life. He soon branched out on his own, obtained his Broker's license and had his own company for several years. Since selling his company and joining larger real estate companies he has consistently maintained his status as a top producer. For many years Art has been buying, fixing up and selling his own properties (over 125 to this day). He has invaluable experience as a buyer and a seller and knows ins and outs of construction and design. More importantly, he knows what sells. Art has the knowledge to guide and assist clients in every part of the real estate process.
Much of Art's success can be attributed to his connections within the film industry. Over the years he has conducted transactions for such notables as Harrison Ford, Kate Capshaw, Miley Cyrus and Drew Barrymore to name a few. Art has a long list of appreciative business managers, entertainment executives, and prominent business figures as both clients and referral sources. He also has very strong connections with Westside brokers. The fact is that in the higher price range it is a small community of top producing agents that generate most of the sales and they have a very strong network. Having grown up in the Southern California, Art attended California State University of Northridge and after graduating pursued a career in government, working actively on the local, state and federal levels. Prior to obtaining his Real Estate license he worked as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Los Angeles City Attorney's office.
