Becky Byrd, a native of Moab, Utah, is a third-generation real estate professional and the Managing Broker for Summit Sotheby’s International Realty Moab office. Raised locally on a family ranch, she developed a strong work ethic early on. After earning her real estate license in 2008 during the market crash, Becky built her real estate career while also managing roles in restaurant and construction book-keeping. In 2015, her hard work paid off; Becky opened her own brokerage, Byrd & Co., which quickly became the top-grossing brokerage in Moab. In 2022, Byrd & Co. joined forces with luxury brokerage Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, benefiting from their strategic marketing, global reach and award-winning support services. Known for her deep market knowledge, Becky prides herself in responsive, timely, and honest customer service. She’s highly experienced in new construction, residential resale, and commercial property markets, and is also extremely well-versed in vacation rentals, having owned and operated eight of her own units since 2012. Becky is skilled in articulating to her clients on what to expect and the best ways to market their properties, whether they are for sale or rent. Becky’s business has been successful; today she is supported closely by fellow Summit Sotheby’s International Realty professional, Suzanna Feuz. Offering a combined 20+ years in the local real estate industry, this partnership between Suzanna and Becky delivers proven results for their clients. Each professional offers differing but complementary strengths; Becky is a fierce negotiator with two decades of proven success, and Suzanna brings proactive communication and a deeply organized process to the table. The two women have discovered a surprising number of connections during their conversations about family and background. Becky grew up on a farm, while Suzanna comes from a ranching family. Both of their fathers are cowboys who team rope—and coincidentally, both are named Pete. (What are the chances?) Becky and Suzanna also share the same astrological sign, Capricorn, with birthdays just days apart. Discovering these meaningful overlaps in their lives has only deepened their professional partnership and shared camaraderie, forming the foundation of their collaborative approach to delivering exceptional real estate services.
