Kirstin Gloor is a seasoned real estate professional and senior sales advisor at the gated luxury golf community of Victory Ranch in Kamas, Utah. She has been honing her skills and building connections in the real estate industry since 1999, now placing that focus on assisting clients and selling solely in the Victory Ranch community. Kirstin has been part of this development since its foundation, her membership dating back to 2013, as she watched Victory Ranch grow from a 6,250-acre property with seven homes into the thriving community of 500 members, three restaurants, five amenity facilities, and more.

A native of Oak Park, Illinois, Kirstin attended the University of Iowa before returning to the suburbs of Chicago and joining Gloor Realty – a successful local brokerage. Kirstin was one of the top-producing agents at Gloor Realty, training new agents and implementing several marketing strategies across the firm. After becoming incorporated with Coldwell Banker, Kirstin earned the President’s Circle Award for sales in 2019, going on to become the top sales agent at the office by 2020. This placed her among the principal elite Coldwell Banker independent sales professionals across the globe for both her commitment to her clients and industry specific expertise.
Kirstin and her family relocated full-time to Utah in 2021, joining the sales team at Victory Ranch and becoming an agent with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Her sole focus on Victory Ranch properties is backed with the power and reach of the global Sotheby’s Realty brand, Utah’s only real estate brokerage with in-house support teams specializing in advertising and marketing, transaction management, legal, operations, and professional photography and videography. This plethora of resources allows Kirstin to aid her clients in achieving their real estate goals while providing a luxury experience throughout each transaction.
Kirstin is an effective communicator and compelling negotiator with a specialization in high-end residential real estate. Not only in possession of the Global Luxury certification, she is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Kirstin loves working with engaged clients and never shies away from a question; readily sharing her 20+ year knowledge of today’s fast-paced real estate industry. The great value she places on bringing trust and competency to her clients run through the heart of her business, with consistent communication at every turn of the process.
When she’s not working, Kirstin loves spending time with her friends and family, traveling, reading, and embarking on crafty DIY projects. She also enjoys taking advantage of the vast Utah landscape, often out running, biking, hiking, and skiing the scenic Wasatch mountains. She will not hesitate to bring you and your family on an adventure filled day at the Ranch if given the opportunity.
