Katina Asbell is a real estate advisor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty and a member of the Asbell Golde Team. Licensed in Atlanta since 1998, she specializes in the sale and marketing of residential real estate in the city’s in-town neighborhoods, where she is known for deep market knowledge, disciplined strategy and long-standing local relationships. With more than two decades of experience, Katina has built a strong performance record representing luxury single-family homes and condominiums in fast-moving urban markets. She focuses intentionally on neighborhoods inside the Perimeter, drawing on firsthand knowledge shaped by years of living and working in Atlanta. A Virginia-Highland resident since 2007, she offers clients informed perspective on pricing, timing and positioning, supported by a clear understanding of neighborhood trends and buyer behavior. Katina’s background spans real estate, interior design and building, giving her clients a distinct advantage when evaluating properties or preparing homes for market. She completed undergraduate studies in interior design at Florida State University and holds a master’s degree from the University of Southern California. Before entering real estate, she served as vice president of design for a nationally recognized interior merchandising firm with offices in New York and Atlanta, experience that continues to inform her strategic approach to marketing and presentation. Active in the community she serves, Katina has held leadership roles with organizations including the United Way of Greater Atlanta and Atlanta Contemporary. She is a longtime supporter of the arts and local civic initiatives and remains closely connected to neighborhood families and organizations throughout the city. Her work reflects a belief that exceptional real estate service is rooted in expertise, integrity and meaningful community engagement.
