A second-generation REALTORÂ®, Caroline Kalpinski grew up in Anniston, Alabama, inspired by the example of her father, a respected real estate professional. From a young age - helping post signs and prepare open houses - Caroline knew she was meant to guide others in finding their perfect home. Today, with over 20 years of experience, she brings a deep passion for real estate, always striving to make the buying and selling process both seamless and cost-effective for her clients.

Caroline began her real estate career in Big Sky, Montana, before relocating to Western North Carolina in 2012. Since then, she has achieved over $130 million in sales between 2015 and 2024 - an accomplishment that speaks to her dedication, market knowledge and commitment to exceptional service. She takes great pride in offering clients accurate, up-to-date insights on the Asheville and Hendersonville market, sharp analysis and honest, reliable advice. More than anything, she values the lasting relationships she builds along the way.
