A second-generation REALTOR®, Caroline Kalpinski grew up in Anniston, Alabama, inspired by the example of her father, a respected real estate professional. From a young age - helping post signs and prepare open houses - Caroline knew she was meant to guide others in finding their perfect home. Today, with over 20 years of experience, she brings a deep passion for real estate, always striving to make the buying and selling process both seamless and cost-effective for her clients.

Caroline began her real estate career in Big Sky, Montana, before relocating to Western North Carolina in 2012. Since then, she has achieved over $130 million in sales between 2015 and 2024 - an accomplishment that speaks to her dedication, market knowledge and commitment to exceptional service. She takes great pride in offering clients accurate, up-to-date insights on the Asheville and Hendersonville market, sharp analysis and honest, reliable advice. More than anything, she values the lasting relationships she builds along the way.

Recognized consistently within Premier Sotheby's International Realty as a top global advisor and a recipient of the AVL Top 100 award, Caroline is a respected voice in Asheville and Hendersonville's real estate community. She is a proud member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® and a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she earned her degree in public relations with a minor in political science.
