This drives my process from regular communication with vendors to the ultimate sales result. It starts with what needs to be done to present your home to its utmost potential, right through to my favourite part, the negotiations. I love the excitement of pulling the deal together, knowing I have exceeded expectations for my clients is a feeling like no other.
