Amber Mendoza-Singh has 15+ years of experience in the design and manufacturing industry. In dealing with the inception of an idea, production and meeting customer expectations, she is well versed in the concept of delivering a valuable service to clients. She and her husband created a very successful private label fashion jewelry business in 2009 that has delivered hundreds of thousands of units to date. Her jewelry designs have graced the New York runway and can be found on various television retailers. Her pivot to real estate was created by her love for her neighborhood and her experience as a landlord for the past nine years. She's enjoyed creating bonds and relationships within the community while being very active on PTA and serving as PTA Co-President for the past two years. She's invested in Garden Hills in a multitude of ways and is enthusiastic to show all that the area has to offer. Because of this creative and volunteer-driven background, Amber spots the details that help comprise a well-rounded home and isn't afraid to put in the work to get to the end goal for her clients. She thoroughly enjoys the Historic Garden Hills neighborhood and resides there with her husband and two children, ages nine and 12. Maybe you'll see her going for walks near the duck pond, doing some gardening at the local elementary school or trying to convince people to join the PTA. She and her family love exploring new cultures and aim to visit a new country every year to immerse themselves in the local experience, hopping from Airbnb with a few pre-planned activities and just seeing where their days take them. She's looking forward to being a part of the award-winning Heery Brothers team.
