Bryan earned his MBA specialized in Healthcare Administration from Penn State University and began his career as a client manager on the commercial side for healthcare facilities. There, he expanded a national portfolio of senior living facilities to over $15 million in annual revenue, gaining valuable experience in commercial real estate transactions, lease negotiations, due diligence, and financial analysis. His personal journey to secure a co-op near Madison Square Park ignited his passion for residential real estate, inspiring him to begin helping others achieve their property goals.
