A Savannah resident of 25 years, Carolyn Ezelle can think of no better place to call home! She works as a team with fellow Realtor, Lavinia Strong. They formed this partnership 20 years ago when both had young children and wanted to ensure one was always for their clients. Their strategy led to success from the start, with numerous record sales and closing over $325 million in Historic Savannah, Ardsley Park, Tybee and the many surrounding Island Communities. Carolyn and Lavinia are annually recognized as the Top Producing Team, continuing members of the Savannah Board of Realtors Distinguished Sales Society and have been selected as the Savannah Magazine's Best Real Estate Team for the past 3 years. Providing exceptional customer service is their number one priority.
Prior to joining Sotheby's, Carolyn worked for 10 years in the finance and sales industries, first with Robinson-Humphrey in Atlanta and then in Pharmaceutical Sales in Savannah. Carolyn attended the University of Georgia, receiving a BBA in Marketing, and was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys tennis, pickleball, and boating to one of Savannah's barrier islands with family and friends.
