Growing up in a Realtor household, Karen began learning about the industry long before becoming licensed and brings an abundance of business acumen, negotiation and relationship building from her extensive background in financial services in a variety of capacities with senior executives as her clients. Whether it is your primary residence, lake house or rental property you can be assured Karen always has your best interests in mind.

Karen grew up in Whitby and spent a number of years downtown Toronto and in South Etobicoke prior to making the decision to return back when her boys were just starting elementary school in 2008. An expert on all things Durham, Karen can confidently advise you whether you are looking to sell or purchase in this rapidly growing area.

In addition to Durham, Karen spends significant time at her lake house on Kennisis Lake in beautiful Haliburton County. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Karen splits her time between Durham Region and Cottage Country. Her expertise includes Kawartha Lakes, having had a cottage on Sturgeon Lake which is part of the wonderful Trent Severn Waterway. Lakefront and rural country properties are unique and complex and it is so important to work with a realtor who understands the key nuances of country living to protect your interests when purchasing and selling.
