• 1992 to 2000 Heart-Bar Deer Farms, Inc.; Intensive and Extensive Wildlife Mgmt.
• 2001-2015 Texas Deer Association Executive Director, www.TexasDeerAssociation.com, primarily focused on improving the overall Texas deer experience for all enthusiasts by promoting better management, education, research, and regulations needed by deer managers and hunters.
• 2016-2019 Texas Trophy Hunters Association CEO, www.TTHA.com. TTHA is truly the “Voice of Texas Hunting” with the largest and most established membership, the Journal hunting magazine, an award-winning TV program, and the ‘Granddaddy’ of all hunting shows, the Hunters Extravaganzas.
• Owner, Texas Wildlife Services, www.TexasWildlifeServices.com, a full-service wildlife industry company, utilizing alternative agribusiness with primary responsibilities of assisting operators as they enter or expand in the game ranching industry.
• Partner, Outdoor Texas Camps, www.OutdoorTexasCamps.com. These 15-year old hunting, fishing, and outdoor skills summer youth camps are for boys and girls ages 9-16 and dedicated to guiding youth to understand and to enjoy the great outdoors.
• Partner on a limited basis with the Dan III and Karl Kinsel Cattle Company, a family cattle and hunting operation, www.KinselCattleCompany.com, run by my brother Dan on owned and leased property primarily in South Texas. This business handles yearling stocker, cow/calf, and fed cattle inventories involving all phases of traditional ranching and agriculture. As ardent conservationists, we are dedicated to the promotion and propagation of our ranching heritage, natural resources, and wildlife species.
