Susan's real estate business began 27 years ago when she and her husband John, owner of a licensed general contracting business, began purchasing and renovating high-end homes, as well as investment properties. Today, Susan serves the Lake Norman area, based out of Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Lake Norman - Mooresville office.
Susan loves real estate and bringing people together for their common goal. She loves playing a part in helping people find their perfect home because that is where memories are made. Susan stays on top of design trends and actively helps her sellers stage their homes for success. Susan treats each sale as if it were her own, considering each decision as if she were in her buyer's or seller's shoes.
Before moving to North Carolina, Susan was a licensed real estate agent in New York. Prior to real estate, Susan was a CPA in New York City for a public accounting firm and for Sony Electronics. Susan is very analytical, which is an attribute for listing properties, working with buyers, determining prices, as well as working with appraisers.
Susan married the love of her life and recently celebrated 27 years of marriage. They have twin children, James?and Julia, who currently attend North Carolina State University and Clemson University. In her free time, she loves to boat, attend bible study and walk with her friends.
