Honesty, Communication, Family & The Golden Rule Bob was born in Nashville Tennessee and grew up in East Nashville. As a second generation Realtor, he grew up in the real estate business, often accompanying Mom on listing appointments, contract presentations and door knocking campaigns. Bob has the advantage of having witnessed the progression and growth of Nashville first hand. He attended Metro Nashville Public Schools, and is a proud graduate of East Nashville High School where he excelled in Soccer and Concert Band! After graduation, Bob attended Tennessee State University, majoring in History and Business. Once in college, Bob quickly realized his calling was to teach people and guide them through the emotional process of buying a home. In 2009, at the age of 19, Bob became a licensed Realtor and never looked back! As one of the youngest multi-million dollar producers in the area, Bob honed his real estate skills by specializing in first time homebuyers and affordable housing in East Nashville and other up and coming areas. Bob has since expanded his expertise, gaining extensive knowledge in all facets of the real estate business developed from a lifetime of learning. From Home Buying and Selling, to Commercial Real Estate, Investment, Land Sales and Leases, Bob has done it all with the highest level of customer service, integrity and communication. Bob enjoys history and trivia, and has an unsurpassed knowledge of local neighborhoods and community history, a boon of being raised in Historic East Nashville! Bob is also quite the family man, he married his high school sweetheart Jessica in the fall of 2017 and welcomed their first child Ellowyn in 2018! Their young family now lives in Greenbrier Tennessee, Jessica’s hometown. They also have a Great Pyrenees named Waylon, and they enjoy long walks, great food and spending time with loved ones.
