Mary Miley Hicks has been surrounded by the real estate business her entire life. Her father, Tom, has been an Atlanta REALTOR® for 30 years and is an expert in the market. Mary Miley inherited his passion for real estate, as well as for locating investment properties. She would often accompany him to view potential investments, watching and learning the selection process. Born and raised in Atlanta, she loves the fact that with it being a big city, there is an abundance of neighborhoods, each with its own character and unique architecture. Atlanta offers residents the best of both worlds - the culture of a metro, with incredible restaurants and a growing music scene, combined with the feel of a local community. Working mainly inside the Perimeter, she is well versed in all aspects of Atlanta real estate and goes where her clients take her. Mary Miley attended St. Pius X Catholic High School and later graduated from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a bachelor's degree in real estate, marketing and international business. Prior to joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, she worked as a transaction coordinator on a leading Atlanta-based industrial brokerage team. Working with corporate clients led her to discover a passion for relationship building, as well as negotiation. She is dedicated to creating a seamless process of buying and selling while ensuring her clients receive the most favorable terms possible. Creating meaningful connections and being there to guide her clients every step of the way is an essential part of her business. She currently resides in the Peachtree Hills neighborhood within Buckhead. When she is not working with clients, you can find her cheering on the Dawgs, running, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
