For myself and the Next Chapter Property Team, focusing on building relationships to facilitate smooth transactions and fulfilled clients is the number one priority. Having taught abroad for 16 years in six different countries, I learned a great deal about many different cultures working with students and families from over 100 separate nationalities. An understanding of cultures beyond food, flags, and festivals has truly prepared me for relating to and negotiating with all sorts of people. As a result, 95% of my business is referral-based, after only 18 months as a realtor.
My Next Chapter Team is open to first-time home buyers, veterans, and commercial real estate for churches and fraternal organizations. However, our main focus is on seniors in transition. Whether it is helping seniors age in place, downsize, or move on to their next chapter in life, we have the referral partners and expertise to make such a transition with dignity and independence.
Service to others has been a lifelong bedrock of my experience starting in Sunday School, building with my time in the DeMolay fraternity, and continuing as I serve in the Masonic Family of fraternities, and give exceptional service to my clients. When talking about the level of service I give to my clients, other agents balk at the time I spend, and the work I will do for my clients. I simply treat others as I would wish to be treated, and am happy to know I have done my best.
