Luisa was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, in 1987, and from a young age, she has been passionate about animals and nature. Her professional career began in the hotel and restaurant sector, where she discovered her vocation for tourism management. After completing her degree in Tourism Business Administration, she continued her journey in hotels and had the opportunity to work at Walt Disney World, where she honed her skills in customer service, quality service, and creating magical experiences for guests, always anticipating their needs and doing so with love and dedication.
In 2013, Luisa moved to Playa del Carmen and joined a destination management company, where she worked for seven years. In 2020, she decided to shift her career as a real estate agent. She obtained a certification in Real Estate Marketing Advisory through the evaluation of competency standards from CONOCER (ECO110.02), which supports her commitment to excellence in the field. Since then, she strives every day to exceed her clients' expectations, empowering them with the information they need to make smart decisions when buying or selling properties. Luisa is dedicated to helping homeowners, home buyers, sellers, and other agents find and share information about the real estate market with knowledge, honesty, and dedication.
