Description
A lifelong resident of Florida, Carole McGurk has been providing customers with gold-level service for nearly a decade. Having grown up in St. Petersburg, she knows the neighborhoods and community commitments of the area's residents very well and has witnessed firsthand the vibrant changes to the city. She loves to promote the beauty, art, and lifestyles that St. Petersburg has to offer.
Thanks to her exceptional listening and communication skills, Carole's buyers trust her so implicitly that she's had several customers, especially out-of-state ones, purchase homes or condominiums without ever seeing the properties in person. Honored by this deep level of trust, Carole cherishes the meaningful career she's built by connecting people with their real estate dreams. Her superb service has enabled her customers, whether buying or selling, to move on to their next chapter of life, and many of these treasured relationships have continued long after the real estate transaction was completed.
After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, Carole attended the University of South Florida, earning dual master's degrees in education leadership and public administration. Prior to her career in real estate, Carole was a very successful educator, working as a science teacher, administrator, and school improvement specialist for Pinellas County Schools. After that, she was a national consultant for quality systems and school improvement, eventually continuing that work as a specialist with the Florida Department of Education.
When she's not working with customers, Carole enjoys playing tennis, exercising, bicycling, and reading. A committed community volunteer, she is a John Hopkins All Children's Foundation Guild member, part of The Stuart Society at the Museum of Fine Arts, an Infinity member, a member of The Guild at the Dalí, and serves on the executive board of the Celma Mastry Ovarian Cancer Foundation.
Carole is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization.
