James grew up on Amelia Island and enjoys serving the Amelia Island community. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Economics, James spent 6 years in sales management and marketing with JCPenney. In 2015, he moved back to the island to launch his real estate business and has been a top producer every year since. James has served on the Amelia Island Plantation Community Association Board as well as on the Boys and Girls Club Marketing Committee. In 2020, he married his wife, a beautiful Fernandina Beach native, Carrie. Together, they live in the Amelia Island Plantation with their son Parks, and French Bulldog, Ralph.
